Terms of Use

1. Sedan:  Cancellations can be made within 24 hours (nationwide) by calling Michael Transportation Service (MTS, INC.). Processing fee is $10.00. Toll Free 1-866-483-6029, 202-236-6030.
2. Limousine and Bus:  Cancellations can be made within 1 week (nationwide) by calling Michael Transportation Service (MTS, INC.). Toll Free 1-866-483-6029, 202-236-6030.  Cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental price.
3. Full fare, including a 20% gratuity, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival. (Sedan)
4. Full fare, including a 20% gratuity, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled pick up time.  (Limousine and Bus)
5. Full fare, including 20% gratuity, will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated driver meeting area. If you cannot locate your driver, call Toll Free 1-866-483-6029, 202-236-6030.
6. To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without communicating with Michael Transportation Service (MTS, INC.). Michael Transportation Service ( MTS, INC.) is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. If there is a flight delay or schedule change, call Toll Free 1-866-483-6029, 202-236-6030.
7. This site provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purpose.
8. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible  for all of your use of this web site.
9. You agree to supervise all usage by minors of this site under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this site is true and accurate.
10. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this web site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overdue or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of the site may result in you, being denied access to such facilities.
11. Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees duties and assessments arising out of the use of this site.
12. You are responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement.
13. Deposits required (Limousines and Buses) Our company requires a 50% deposit to hold your reservation with the balance due on the wedding day. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit can be forfeited.
14. You agree that there will be no smoking in our vehicles. You assure that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles.  You are not allowed alcoholic beverages in our minibuses.
15. You agree that the our company shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the our company's inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the our company.
16. Additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file to cover any damages that occur; charges are as follows: Smoking in the limousine: $300.00. Cigarette burns: $400.00. Ripped or damaged upholstery: $600.00. Spillage of drinks: $200.00. Stained Carpet: $200.00. Vomit in or on the limousine: $250.00. Lost or broken glassware: $30.00 per glass. Lost or broken remote control: $250.00. Excessive mess in the limousine: $200.00.
17. The chauffeur inspects each vehicle before, during and after each rental. In the event of damage customer shall be responsible for any and all harm and damages suffered by the company, its agents, employees, or third parties, including but not limited to the vehicle, in regard to cleaning, breakages, burns, or other interior or exterior damage to extent of the actual cost to repair or replace, with a minimum charge of $200.00. If customer or customer's guest smokes inside the vehicle, customer shall be charged $300.00 and the rental will be terminated, without refund. No eating in the vehicles.
18. Chauffeur has the right to terminate the trip, without refund, if he/she feels that the party is not abiding by the above rules or is putting the vehicle or the chauffeur at risk.  Additional fees made be charged to cover damages at the company's discretion.
19. You understand that the our company shall not be responsible for any items left in the limousine or bus the safe keeping of any item(s).
